Tasting notes
Deep ruby colour. The intense nose with notes of ripe fruit and spices announces a wine of character. On the palate, red fruits mingle with a light woodiness. A beautiful round body, silky and well-balanced tannins underline a beautiful structure which offers a very good ageing potential. This excellent Saint Romain is best served with game, coq au vin or boeuf bourguignon, or simply with a cheese of character.
